Barry O'Neill
Barry O'Neill has practical, technical and management experience spanning across the mechanical and automotive engineering trades. He has brought his previously gained technical expertise and management skills to the fencing industry over the last decade where he has specialised in areas such as design solutions, technical support, project and contracts management and most importantly an unsurpassed level of commitment to customer relations. To this end he has been able to develop strong and lasting relationships within the Government procurement sector. Barry is well versed in the legislative requirements for Government contracts and public works projects.

Ian Ferguson
Ian Ferguson entered the fencing industry in 1988, with a diverse background including banking, insurance, sales, and landscape construction. In the subsequent 20+ years Ian has gained project management skills to add to a sound mechanical knowledge of construction. More recently Ian has been involved in international projects in Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Fiji Islands and Singapore, working as the Project Manager on Ausaid and Department of Foreign Affairs projects.
Ian has a sound technical knowledge of products and techniques used in security fencing and construction. With an eye for detail, Ian prefers a hands-on role in contract and project administration.
