BFH Sydcon provides project management services to Government and commercial organisations that recognise the benefits of engaging a Company that has significant experience in providing high security fencing solutions.

We take a project from inception to completion, and along the way offer expertise to planning, budgeting and cost management, monitoring and scheduling, procurement of materials and technical design and developments.

As project managers we believe there should be a project manager on every major project. In our view, a project manager is a necessary overhead and requires no justification. The PM role is the first appointment on BFH Sydcon projects, to focus clearly on the project targets and to manage the resources and workload to achieve a desirable outcome.

Our project management aim is to achieve the objectives of scope, quality, time and cost to the equal satisfaction of those involved in the project.
