Subcontractor Opportunities

BFH Sydcon is a fully insured contracting company, and utilises a selective group of subcontractors who meet a strict criteria of incorporation, including being fully insured for Workers Compensation and Public Liability. It is also a requirement that all subcontracting companies either have an approved Occupational Health and Safety Management system, or are prepared to work under the BFH Sydcon system. As a minimum, our subcontractors provide their own specific Safe Work Method Statements which dovetail into our OH&S system.

BFH Sydcon prides itself in looking after its Subcontractors. We happily provide the contact details of subcontractors whom have worked for us for over 15 years - they are in the best position to judge whether we DO what we say. In an industry renowned for screwing over the Subby, we view the relationship with our Subcontractors as a two-way partnership, where everyone needs to make a dollar. Likewise, our Subbies acknowledge that we are an organised company and that goes a long way towards making the projects worthwhile for all involved.
